(P) Ltd in the year 1957 at Kandassankadavu, one of the major coastal towns and trade hubs on the bank of Canolly Canal in Trichur District, Kerala. Main business of the Company was Chitty and Loan on the security of Gold Ornaments. The humble initiative with great desire of Mr.Joseph to help the lives of the common people of his Village by providing financial assistance through chitties has received acceptance and support from all sections of the people in the area. Chitties helped them escape the clutches of the main chance financiers. The founder was very particular in observing transparency in all activities of the Company, which in turn captured the trust and co-operation of the people associated with the Company. Within a short span of time, the Company extended the domain of its activity to the neighbouring villages also. The company got great acceptance among the people, where ever the company started business by opening branches.
Mr.Joseph remained the Managing Director of the Company until his death in 1985. Then his brother Mr.TV Jose took over as Managing Director and held the position for 20 years. During his tenure as Managing Director, he strictly adhered to the principles and policies of his predecessor and took the Company to greater heights.
Mr.Varghese Jose T has been the Managing Director of the Company since 2005. His outstanding leadership and innovative ideas boosted the popularity of the company and its products. Under his visionary leadership the company introduced innovative schemes in chitty business providing Cash Prize and other prizes like Gold Coin, Car, Motor Cycle, free Insurance to subscribers, free tour to the subscribers and family etc which attracted the customers very much.
